Other Third-Party Services. We use other third-party services to obtain, track, and store user information. By way of example, we use a Customer Relations Management (CRM) software to manage customer data and information, a billing software to store and process claims for healthcare providers, a merchant processing solution, and provide an CRM for the Pharmacies, Physicians, and Labs to store and document customer orders and treatment. We also use a third-party software to collect information from your browser and computer device in order to capture and analyze user behavior on our Site. The software allows us to track and monitor such actions as clicks, taps, and scrolling behavior to confirm your agreement to this Privacy Policy and the other consents and policies provided on this website and through our program registration page. From time to time, we will use additional content or applications on this Site that is served by third-parties, including, content providers, and application providers.

4. THE USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell or rent your Personal Information without your express authorization and consent. Providing your personal information to Labs, Physicians, Pharmacies, other healthcare providers or our services providers, contractors, employees and others providing services to The RE-Movement or to which The RE-Movement provides services is not considered a sale or rent of your Personal Information. We may combine the information that we receive; for example, we may combine information we receive online with information we receive offline; and we may combine information we collect from you with information we receive from third parties.

We may collect, process, and use information, including Personal Information, that we collect about users for the purpose of providing our Services, including without limitation:

  • To conduct our business operations, manage and attend to our relationship with you, and to maintain a record of our relationship, interactions, and transactions with you;

  • Authorized third parties, who are parties directly authorized by you to receive the applicable information, such as when you authorize a third-party application provider to access your account.
